The Team
The team behind Unleash The Avatar is a small, independent group that wanted to make a fun and challenging video game—self‑funded and free to experiment.
The team consists both of new comers as well as experienced artists and animators who have contributed to titles like Ghost of Tsushima, Hogwarts Legacy, Horizon Forbidden West, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, NBA 2K and movies like Antman Quantumania, Kalki and Shazam.
We prototype obsessively, and learn in public. We think games need to be fun again and require solid experimentation on mechanics while still having reasonable graphical standards. As a team, we will make mistakes on the way to something we're proud of.

Why are you here? Why is the town of Vishwapur almost deserted? The boundary between Naraka (hell) and Earth has broken, and you are the only one that can stop it.

The heart of Unleash The Avatar's combat system. Throw with precision, curve around obstacles, blink to its position for aggressive repositioning, then rethrow at the perfect moment. A new mechanic designed with both a learning curve and satisfying mastery benefits for all players.
You can mix and match many abilities around this weapon to craft your own playstyle.
Fast-paced Melee Combat
Unleash the Avatar demands constant movement, spatial awareness, and split-second decision making.
Gap-close with a blink ability, reposition against an opponent's combo with a perfect dodge, and turn the battlefield into your playground. Timing successive parries rewards you cosmetically with more powers.
We've spent a lot of time studying deflect mechanics from the great games that have preceded us, and have also added our own spin to it.
Choose between restricted and flashy combat playstyles.
Wield Godlike Powers
Transform into powerful forms that grant you temporary abilities beyond normal combat. Enter one of many forms, such as the Feather Prism Form to gain enhanced mobility and ethereal attacks that phase through defenses.
These transformations are brief but game-changing, requiring strategic timing to maximize their impact. Each form offers unique advantages that can turn the tide of battle when used at the right moment.
